Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated toward ongoing charitable programs and activities.

2. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate transaction
Incorrect amount charged due to technical error
Unauthorized transaction reported by donor

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of transaction.

3. Refund Process

Transaction ID
Donation Date
Donation Amount
Reason for refund request

After verification, if approved, refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

4. Decision Authority

Tiyasa Social Welfare Foundation reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on internal verification and applicable regulations.
